4 ) Price negotiation : Price differ greatly between semi-own and full purchase . Our price are assuming semi-ownership . If you wish for full-ownership consult us any time .
5 ) Re-examination : Reconfirming your desired horse and purchase form .
6 ) Contract : We will sign the contract .
7 ) Ownership ： Ownership changes.
8 ) Horse riding / Competition ： Now you can enjoy riding your horse and participate in Hokkaido

❶ Difference between semi-ownership and full-ownership
Full-ownership means , that you have 100% of the ownership of the horse .
While semi-ownership means , that the buyer and the plantation each have half of the ownership .
1 ) No riding fee is charged .
2 ) The horse can not be transferred to a third party only bay the owner's will ..
3 ) You can not take the horse out without permission .
4 ) For taking care of your horse in our plantation a fee is charged .
5 ) The living cost of your horse must be paid by the buyer , e.g. feed.
6 ) Prepare your own riding gear
7 ) The treatment of sickness and injuries is entrusted to the plantation .
8 ) In case of an emergency , we will discus the best solution together .
9 ) The horse can be used for business purpose .
The regulation are following
1 ) You can purchase one Arabian horse at half the price .
2 ) You have the priority to ride the horse .
3 ) It is possible to participate in the endurance competition in Hokkaido . It is necessary to register with endurance authorities .
